Sygma is the latest version of the AI platform, built with a different technology stack and deployed as an on-premise solution. Developed in collaboration with a leading finance company in Indonesia, this platform supports multiple AI capabilities including chatbot, ICR (Intelligent Character Recognition), telerobotics, TTS (Text-to-Speech), STT (Speech-to-Text), vision, and SmartSearch.

The chatbot module is integrated with WhatsApp and is already in production use with the finance company partner. My role focuses on the backend, architected as multiple microservices with one core backend service at its center.

I designed the system schema and structure so the platform can be deployed to other clients flexibly, whether on-premise or cloud.
